Circle Bowl and Entertainment has been providing family fun and excitement in Roxbury for 60 years. Circle Bowl was originally founded in 1959 and named Circle Lanes by Andrew Dougherty along with his son Andy Dougherty in 1959. It is now in its third-generation of family ownership and operation and is run by Keith Dougherty of Landing. Over the years Circle Bowl and Entertainment has had several renovations and expanded their entertainment options, the most recent in 2015. This renovation took a successful bowling alley and turned it into an outstanding state-of-the-art family fun center complete with laser tag, arcade games, party rooms, full restaurant, and of course well-oiled bowling lanes. Under Keith’s leadership, Circle Bowl and Entertainment will continue to be a successful business in Roxbury for years to come.
We thank Keith and the Dougherty Family for their longevity, commitment to the community and their many contributions to keeping Roxbury Township a great place to live and raise a family.

Alex’s Barber Shop has been a staple in Roxbury Township providing fine men’s grooming and hair products for 58 years. This business is a true example of the American dream. It was founded in 1961 by Hungarian Master Barber Sandor Stibinger who escaped from Communist Hungary. The business is family owned and operated for three generations. The founder’s grandsons Adam and Gabor Stibinger along with colleague Joe Salvagno continue the tradition of a classic men’s barbershop in their new location in Kenvil. In addition to being recognized by Yelp for the past two years, for the last 3 years in a row Alex’s Barbershop has won consecutive Reader’s Choice awards from Morris/Essex Health and Life Magazine for best barbershop. With Alex’s tradition of great services and fine products, we expect this barbershop to continue their successful longevity here in Roxbury.

Cornerstone Financial Group has been in business in Roxbury for 31 years, making it their goal to protect and grow the wealth of their clients. Marshall L. Gates Law Offices have been in business in Roxbury for more than 41 years. Mr. Gates represents clients throughout Northern New Jersey in criminal matters as well as civil matters involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment issues. Providing personal service to his clients, Mr. Gates is widely regarded as a skilled, veteran trial attorney who passionately defends his clients. He has also served as President of the Roxbury-Randolph Lions Club, coached youth sports, is a member of the Roxbury Chamber of Commerce, and was active in many other civic and charity groups. Bristol Financial Services has been in business in Roxbury for 35+ years, providing financial advice for both commercial and residential customers. Owner Bruce Bristol has contributed to the success of Roxbury not only with a thriving business, but with many volunteer positions here in Roxbury as well. Mr. Bristol has served as President of the Roxbury Chamber of Commerce, had a seat on the Roxbury Rotary Board, as was Cub Master of Pack 188 just to name a few of his volunteer positions. Mr. Bristol has raised his family here in Roxbury and continues to reside in town today. Zoschak Photography has been in business in Roxbury for 40 years, capturing perfect family portraits and weddings, to beautiful landscape images from Roxbury to the Virgin Islands. Zoschak Photo based out of Landing has thrived as family business run by husband and wife Richard and Diana Zoschak. Rich Zoschak currently sits on the Roxbury Town Council and has served as Mayor in the past. His volunteer efforts have also placed him on both the Zoning and Planning board as well as numerous committees here in town. Mr. Zoschak continues to run his business with his wife Diane here in Roxbury with no near future plans of stopping. Joe’s Pizzeria has been in business in Roxbury for over 50 years, providing fine Italian cuisine for an uncountable number of customers. Joe’s Pizzeria has been a family owned and operated business in Roxbury since 1968 when it was opened by Joe Faraci and Antonio Dattolo who are the father and uncle of the current owner Larry Faraci. Today Larry and his wife Kristin operate the business 7 days a week and plan to continue this pace for many years to come. Congratulations to the Faraci Family and Joe’s Pizzeria for their successful business in Roxbury. Thank you for 5 decades of community involvement and continuing to move Roxbury forward successfully.
